Return and Exchange Policy

At Heresh K, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.

Return Process

• Notification: If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, email us at Service@hereshk.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

• Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will send you a confirmation email. You must return the item to us within 14 days of receiving this confirmation.

• Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. To preserve the pristine condition of the jewelry, please handle it with care, washing your hands before trying it on and storing it in the Heresh K jewelry box when not in use.

• Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection. Please note that any items returned in a non-sellable condition (e.g., damaged, worn, or without original packaging) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and may be returned to you.

Exchange and Refund

• Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or model, please specify this in your return request. We will process the exchange once the original item has been returned and inspected.

• Refunds: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

• Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items, as you are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to us.

• Return Form: Be sure to include the return form that was enclosed with your original shipment. This form should contain your personal details, order number, and reason for return.

• Packaging: Please return the unused item in its original Heresh K jewelry box, packaged securely in a protected envelope to prevent damage during transit.
